The house is fairly modern and in a village called Foston – just North of Grantham up the A1. It is clean and tidy with all the usual amenities and the added bonus of a large patio area and garden with open views.
The convenience of the A1 makes it a great location for commuters, not only to Grantham, but many other areas such as Newark, Nottingham, Melton (even London is only around an hour away from Grantham Station).
The available room is fully furnished.
